da betsul: According to reports in The Sun, Tottenham Hotspur are closing in on their first summer signing – a £2m deal for Southampton goalkeeper Paulo Gazzaniga.
da stake casino: The Sun says that Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino wants to provide more competition for Hugo Lloris and Michel Vorm in what is set to be another fixture-heavy campaign as the north London outfit once again compete in the group stages of the Champions League.
Pochettino managed Gazzaniga during his spell in charge at St Mary’s but the move would come as a surprise considering The Sun says that Saints manager Mauricio Pellegrino is willing to sell the stopper, who appears to be fourth-choice behind Fraser Forster, Alex McCarthy and Stuart Taylor.
The 25-year-old enjoyed regular playing time with Rayo Vallecano in the Spanish Segunda Division last term after making just 23 appearances in all competition in four seasons with Southampton.
Tottenham supporters were quick to have their say on the rumour via social media, and many were in disbelief that the club want to do a deal for a player that is out-of-favour with a side lower down the Premier League table.
